I enjoy public speaking. I realize that I am constantly maturing and growing personality.

I am becoming aware of the strength and abilities that are within me.

I am sensing a feeling of confidence in my abilities to achieve the goals I have chosen for myself. I am learning to believe in myself, I appreciate myself and I do good and kind things for yself.

I meet each situation as it comes with calm and quite assurance. I am making contact with the center of wisdom and power within me, which knows what to do and how to do it.

Whatever I say, whatever I do is said and done with complete confidence and self assurance.

I walk with a spring in my step… my head is held high. I see the beauty of life around me. People respect me because I respect them and I respect yourself. I have confidence in my own judgment and I am honest and dependable.

I can and I do move forward from one positive achievement to another. People are aware that I like them…they sense my good will. I enjoy public speaking.

I am cheerful and enthusiastic. I attract friends because I am friendly. I am sincere and honest. My personal integrity is felt by everyone I meet.

Each day I meet new friends and interesting people. As I approach people for the first time, I feel a warmth and friendship for them.

I smile and I express friendly greetings and sincere feelings towards them. I enjoy people and I want to do things for them. I know that people seek me out because I am unique and I revel in their acceptance of me.

People respond to my personal integrity, my special personality and my warm friendliness draws people close to me, just as a magnet attracts iron filings.

I am a happy person full of imaginative thoughts which I pour forth constantly. Each and every day, I feel more lovable, more interesting and I become more interested in others.

I recognize and accept the friendship that people offer me, for I truly deserve it.

I have a deep and sincere respect for myself and for my personal worth to others. I like people - I enjoy being with people. I enjoy public speaking.

I am poised and confident when talking to new acquaintances or good friends. I feel secure and relaxed when Iam with people. I especially enjoy speaking to people.

People are aware that I like them and they return the feeling to me. People like me. People like to listen to me when I speak. People enjoy my company.I am at ease when I am with people.

When I stand up before a group of people, I am filled with feelings of friendliness for them. I want to do things for them. I feel their friendliness to me.

I experience a feeling of warmth and friendship flowing from the members of the audience to me.

I have the feeling that they are on me side. I am interested in them; I want to do things for them. I am so interested in them, that I have a sense of personal friendship with every single one in my audience. I enjoy public speaking.

As I speak I are perfectly poised, self possessed and completely free in my expression. I feel at ease, I present my ideas in a clear brief and direct way. My ideas are quickly understood and accepted by others.

My mind is clear, my wit is quick. My lips are flexible, my mouth is moist. My breathing is deep and from the diaphragm. My hands are poised and calm. My gestures flow spontaneously and freely.

I speak easily, always giving a clear word picture of the thought I wish to convey. I am poised and in control of the situation. My legs are strong beneath me.I am comforted and peaceful. I am secure and confident as I speak.

I speak spontaneously, sincerely and freely. Clearly expressing my meaning and my feelings at any time when I speak whether to a large audience or a small group.

As I begin, I feel this warmth and friendliness for my listeners. As I begin, I feel their friendliness directed towards me. I are totally confident, I are perfectly at ease.

As I begin to talk, I have the undivided attention of the audience, and it makes me feel good.

I speak freely, fluidly with a full release of my skill and my talent. I thoroughly enjoy speaking to an audience.. I enjoy public speaking.

Whenever I feel I can add a new view point or an interesting fact to a discussion, I speak openly and confidently.

I communicate effectively and powerfully at all times. People seek my opinions on a variety of subjects and I deliver information in an interesting and witty manner.

I have a special talent for expressing my thoughts and ideas vividly, with an enthusiasm that favorably impresses everyone that hears me.

When others speak I listen and I learn from them. I see their point of view.

I express my ideas in a positive way whenever possible. When I speak my voice, it is strong, calm and vibrant. My mind flows with concise and yet powerful messages whenever I will it to do so. My voice is pleasant to hear. People are eager to hear what I have to say, because I am are so alive and so vibrant.

I enjoy public speaking.

The friendship within me radiates outward to touch each person with whom I come in contact. I ask questions when I don't fully understand and I state my opinions whenever they are asked or whenever it is appropriate for me to express them.

People accept my opinions because they recognize that they are honest and well thought out. I speak spontaneously, sincerely and freely, clearly verbalizing my feelings.

When there is nothing for me to say, I simply glow with an inner radiance, showing honesty, sympathy and concern. I am so interested in people that I stimulate them to fully express their views - before I speak.

When words are inadequate I act out the emotions I feel, I demonstrate a level of maturity and perception which is unique. When I are called upon to conduct a meeting, I are relaxed and in complete control of the situation.

My face reflects an inner calmness, a sense of well being of self assurance.

My conversation is bright and sparkling as well as informative. My talent for expressing my thoughts vividly with enthusiasm favorably impresses everyone.

My large vocabulary, my fluency in speech and my clearness of thought causes a quiet authority that flows from me. My powerful memory serves me well. My manner of speaking inspires confidence in others and causes them to have a good opinion of me. I enjoy public speaking.

Each of the ideas is now making a deep and permanent impression on my subconscious mind and each day of my daily life, I become more and more aware of the powerful expression of these true concepts.

Now I'm going to count from three down to one, then I'll say the words "personal success".

This is the time to program my imagination with scenes that represent my personal success.

This is the time when I can see myself, thinking, feeling, and acting in that special way

that means personal success. Get ready now: 3 ... 2 ... 1 ... "personal success".

From this time forward with each passing day, I become more and more aware of a wonderful feeling of personal confidence. Confidence in the realization that each day brings me closer to my personal goals.

Each day is a vital step in my problem solving, in developing the motivation to change my behavior to move myself towards my highest potential, so that I now begin to enjoy a fuller and richer and more expressive life.
