Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy moves you towards a deliberate life

Law of Attraction is a universal law that states a number of principles including, "You are what you think you are", and "You create your own reality."

As a result, utilizing the Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy allows you to move forward in time to create a new positive emotional landscape.

In contrast most traditional psychotherapies focus on the complaint or problem over long periods of time.

In such case the Law of Attraction predicts if you continually focus on the problem, you become that problem over and over again, because- "You are what you think you are."

Time Line Therapy is a dynamic process that quickly and effectively eliminates negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and limiting decisions.

Time Travel

Now what you just did was time travel. You are probably not use to thinking of time travel in that way, but in an instant your mind took you into the past and out to the future. That is how the practice of Time Line Therapy works. It taps into your internal storage of time to eliminate negative emotions in the past or create attainable goals in the future.

During the process of talk therapy you develop an understanding of how the unconscious and the conscious mind work together as an integrated unit. Unlike hypnosis or hypnotherapy you are not passive, but very active and participate during the entire procedure.

The principles behind the Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy work together to embrace the cooperation of the unconscious and the conscious mind. In the Law of Attraction you deliberately use the unconscious mind to see the thing that you want, while the conscious mind is in a state of expectation, waiting for that thing to arrive.

Eliciting Your Time Line

Before encountering the Time Line Therapy process, I did not think about how memories were stored.

If you are like me you just think about a past or future memory. The use of Time Line Therapy will change forever the way you perceive time and the way you store your memories.

The first task, when using this model of time travel is to elicit your time line, which is how you store your memories of past, present and future.

Some people have their time line in front of them that means that they can see their entire past and future in front of their eyes. Others have their time line behind them, or above and below them. While others have part of their time lines pass through them in front and behind. There is no right or wrong way to have your time line, what is important is that it works for you, and you are aware of the past and the future.

Negative Emotions and Limiting Decisions

Using Time Line Therapy you can travel along your unique time line and eliminate such negative emotions as anger, sadness, fear, and guilt. You can also get rid of limiting decisions like, “I cannot have a good relationship with my kids,” or, “I cannot quit my 9-5 job, and have the career I have dreamed of,” or, “I cannot win that race,” and, “I cannot have the relationship that I want.” The list of limiting decisions is endless, and many of these decisions were made in the past, and locked in your unconscious memory, only to cause you a lot of frustration in your present life.

The denial that you have negative emotions and limiting decisions halts the process of the Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy. When you deny the existence of those emotions, you are saying "I am not the creator of my reality, and I don't accept that these emotions are my responsibility.

This denial keeps you in the same place since the Law of Attraction states "If denial is what you need to think today, then stay in denial today." In Time Line Therapy™ denial will not allow you to confront the emotions that you have, and you will say things like " I have no anger." Even though most people can feel your anger as you deny and smile. Both the Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy work with your beliefs.

Limiting Beliefs

The process of Time Line Therapy™ allows you to travel along your time line and remove limiting beliefs such as, “I was brought up to believe that money is the root of all evil,”

or maybe you believe, “girls should not voice their opinions, because a man will not want to marry me,” or,

“men should only show strength, even though all you want to do is lean on a safe and understanding shoulder.”

Your beliefs are your thoughts, and they are your ideas about the way the world or things should be. Such beliefs are important in the determination of whether the law of attraction and time line therapy can work for you. Limiting beliefs, like limiting, emotions stops the flow of creative energy that allows you to move towards the new you.

Root Cause

In our lives we make all kinds of limiting decisions and beliefs that keep us from attaining our true potential. All decisions whether positive or negative have some starting point, and then the belief is formed. In Time Line Therapy this point is called the root cause or the first event of the negative emotion, limiting decision or limiting belief.

You might think the root cause is your earliest conscious memory of some event, but often it is not, since your conscious mind only remembers a fraction of what the unconscious remembers. The root cause has a number of sources including a time when you were an infant. Imagine hearing the sound of extreme anger, or feeling the emotion of intense sadness as an infant.

You would have been too young to do anything but cry, and there would have been no conscious memory of the trauma, so the memory of the event would have been stored in your brain and body, until it could be resolved. Dr. W. Penfield is credited with opening the door to the mind-body connection, when he was able to locate memories of past experiences in some of his subjects.

Dr. Wilder Penfield, a neurosurgeon, who founded the Montreal Neurological Institute in 1934 conducted a number of experiments into brain functioning, and was particularly interested in epilepsy.

His discovery of the location of epileptic seizures led to the recovery of his many of his patients. Among his many other discoveries was the location of human memory.

He was able to stimulate a subject’s brain, and they would recall memories from childhood down to the tiniest detail. With repeated stimulation of the same area, the exact memories occurred. Today technology is more precise and using a process called positron-emission tomography (PET) it is known that memories form a type of neural network and are not found only in the location of the brain, but throughout the body.

What is important about the early discovery and current understanding of memory is that you accumulate your past forgotten memories in your mind-body. Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy utilizes this understanding of the mind-body connection. Law of Attraction states that if you continually think of a thing new neural networks begin to form, making you attract that thing to you. Time Line Therapy works to eliminate the negative neural associations to allow the Law of Attraction to flow.

The Purpose of Law of Attraction and Time Line Therapy.

The purpose of Time Line Therapy™ is to go back to that first stored memory and eliminate it, and all associated memories all the way back to the present.

Since this is a talk therapy you and I communicate with both your unconscious and conscious parts of you. You may not be aware of it but you communicate with your unconscious every day. Your unconscious mind remembers where your conscious mind forgot your keys or your wallet.

It is also the unconscious mind that stored the first traumatic or negative memory that you have now forgotten, but which can still be interfering with you living a completely satisfying and fulfilling life.

Law of Attraction's purpose is operating in your life whether you know it or not. The life you now live is a reflection of your thinking. If you are satisfied and happy, then you created it. If your are dissatisfied and unhappy, then you created it.
