I continue feeling more comfortable and at ease ... Beautiful flowers are blooming all around me ... I can see the flowers moving gently in the breeze ... They dance with bliss around me. I smell the wonderful fragrance of the flowers ... Now, in my mind I stand up ...I look to the north and see the beautiful mountains at the end of this meadow ... I decide to take a trip up one of the magical mountains ... I look around and notice an easy flowing stream to the right of me ... I am walking over to the stream, and I bend over and put my hand in the water. I notice the water is pure, clean, cool and refreshing. I listen to the gentle flow of the rapids ... They welcome me to the wonders of the mountains. Since the stream seems to come from the mountains, I follow the stream up into the mountains ... as I walk along, following the stream, I come to a pond at the head of the stream ... I bend over and put my hand into the water and I notice it is nice and warm ... The streams whispers for me to come and play...it will take great care of me in this special place... at this level of my mind I am an excellent swimmer, so I decide to except the gracious invitation and get in the water and swim for a brief time ... I can feel the warm water surrounding my body as I quietly move through the water ... the stream caresses my body gently it feels so refreshing and so enjoyable, but it's time to get out now and continue moving up the magical mountain ... as I climb, I can hear the birds chirping ... I smell the pine trees ... once in awhile I can still see the meadow in small openings between the trees ... I am halfway up the mountain now ... I notice a fallen tree over on the left and I decide to stop and rest ... the meadow below is in full view from here ... the scene is really beautiful ... now it's time to continue on up the mountain ... I can imagine how beautiful it will be to be at the top to be able to look down into the meadow below ... The breeze is blowing gently, and I can notice the smell of small cedar trees as I am nearing the top of this amazing life producing magical mountain ... just a few more steps and I will be at the top ... I have finally made it ... I can see the deep canyon on the other side ... and from this side I can see the meadow below ... Just ahead, I notice a sign there on top of the mountain ... I walk to it and I notice that it says, "Speak the questions you want answered most into the canyon below, and you will see the answer written in the sky above" ... I am deciding the most important question that I want to speak into the canyon below ... As soon as I make that decision, I ask the question and then look to the sky above for my answer ... (Pause for a minute or two for your inner self to receive the answer) Now it's time to go back down the magical mountain and return to the meadow ... I notice the sun beginning to set on the hills on the left ... I still have plenty of time to get down before it gets dark, but I need to be on my way down ... As I am going down, I notice a few deer off in the forest ... I am halfway down now ... I pause for a few minutes and sit on the fallen tree again ... I can see the beautiful sunset as it is forming ... now I continue moving on down ... I can hear the birds chirping ... now I come to the pond, and I can see the reflection of the sunset on the surface of the water ... I continue on, following the beautiful, refreshing stream ... now I am back in the meadow, and I lie down in the comfortable grass again ... I can smell the fragrance of the flowers ... and now I am ready to release and relax...
